It’s that time of year again. As the air gets a little bit colder, and the fairy lights a little bit brighter, why not warm your hearts in London’s West End? This year, celebrate the festive season with our recommendations for the top five Christmas shows in London. With an eclectic mix of ballet, musicals, pantomime, and drama, these performances are sure to inspire Christmas spirit!

The Snowman at the Peacock Theatre

Embark on an adventure that has captivated the nation, into the wintry world of a boy and his magical Snowman. Be transported to a world of dancing penguins, reindeer, and Father Christmas in a mesmerising spectacle of dance, music and magic.

The Snowman is on at the Peacock Theatre from 25th November 2015 until 3rd January 2016, for further information or to book visit here.

A Christmas Carol at the Noel Coward Theatre

Academy Award-winning actor Jim Broadbent makes his long-awaited return to the stage in an imaginative adaption of the dramatic and uplifting classic. Dickens’ most memorable characters are brought to life to recreate the tale of greed, grief and ghoulish ghosts.

The Winter’s Tale at the Garrick Theatre

As a part of the Kenneth Branagh season at the Garrick Theatre, Shakespeare’s timeless tragicomedy of redemption is a more serious event for your festival calendar. With Dame Judi Dench and Kenneth Branagh starring as the ill-fated couple, this talented star-studded cast is not to be missed this Christmas.

The Winter’s Tale is on at the Garrick Theatre until 16th January 2016, for further information or to book visit here.
