If you’re hungry for a taste of culture, or just want to mingle backstage with some of the world’s best chefs, then look no further than the Taste of London in Regents Park from 21st-24th June 2012. London’s largest open air food and drink festival will be hosting a four-day international feast with its most influential cast of chefs and Michelin starred restaurants in the show’s history.

Visitors can expect their taste buds to be whisked off around the world, experiencing the tastes of Asian, South American, Brazilian and European cuisine. Forty of London’s best restaurants will be showcasing their finest dishes al fresco while 200 producers will be serving in a relaxed boutique food and drink market.

Household name Jamie Oliver will be spearheading the best of British food at this year’s show: “London is without doubt the best city in the world for people looking to taste quality cuisine from across the globe.” Jamie will be joining internationally acclaimed chefs including Wolfgang Puck, David Chang, Nuno Mendes and many more.

Alongside new chefs, restaurants are set to make their Taste of London debut, including Jason Atherton’s award-winning Pollen Street Social Bar: “Taste of London is a brilliant opportunity for people to enjoy a flavour of what London will be serving up to the rest of the world this summer.”

Ready to share their kitchen secrets and handy tips in intimate Q&As, world-class chefs and restaurateurs will be basking in the summery oasis of the Secret Garden. Here you can enjoy fast-track entry plus a host of Secret Garden VIP benefits.

Serve up your summer best with a hands-on opportunity to get to know food at Taste of London.
