Shop at Whiteleys for a Great Gatsby experience
The department store Whiteleys will be having an exclusive 1920s Great Gatsby themed shopping experience from the 17th-19th May, and it’s free! The Great Gatsby has just been released in theatres and the fashion seen in the film is currently the talk of the moment.
The 1920s vintage styles and glamorous looks, particularly the head dresses, tassels, flapper dresses and glitz and glam, seen from Prada, Miu Miu and Tiffany & Co, have had their input for the new movie. Whiteleys shopping centre will take us back to the 1920s and play homage to the fashion, frills and fun of the new Baz Luhrmann’s film featuring Leonardo Di Caprio and Carey Mulligan.
Free entertainment from 12-5pm, with dancers and musicians, will be featured on the days as well. There will be a make-up boudoir and a chance for you to have a complimentary professional photograph taken to capture the moment. Additionally, there will be Great Gatsby discounts and promotional offers for shoppers on the day!
