Chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara are the duo behind Eleven Madison Park, the highest-ranking American restaurant in last year’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. We met with Daniel and Will at their restaurant and discussed the pressure of being in the top five while New York is the event’s host city after London’s 14-year tenure.
