Billie Jacobina’s collection was a pink multicultural gathering where innovation and originality were at the heart of the presentation. Big pink curlers, balloons and multicoloured outfits had primarily drawn the viewer’s attention, only to spot the indigenous details such as mermaid-doll-earings, skateboards or pink hearted cushions as a substitute for handbags, afterwards.

The show was all about the freedom of expression, with balloons, bubblegum, glitter, dolls and candy as a fashion statement.

The overall sweetness seems to define her new collection with bright and screaming colours crawling all over the finely designed clothing, denoting that she wants whoever is wearing her collection to nat fall back in the shadows, but stand out in the crowd.

The clothes’ details, the well thought design and the colours did all the talking. Billie’s new collection is about being in the spotlight, being different and not afraid to make this statement.
