The Upcoming is offering three Blu-ray copies of Link directed by Richard Franklin, which is available on Blu-ray, DVD and digitally on demand from 1st February.

Link is a British horror film from the late 80s, starring Terence Stamp (Song For Marion, Superman) and Elisabeth Shue (The Karate Kid, The Boys). With its true Hitchcockian style, the feature directed by Franklin has garnered a status as a cult classic since its release over three decades ago.

The narrative begins with Shue’s character – Jane Chase – takes a summer job at a remote, seaside mansion, located on an isolated cliff. Here, she will collaborate with Stamp as Dr. Phillips – her resolute, and slightly monomaniacal, anthropology professor – on various experiments that are attempting to further develop the connection between human and ape. When a project of his suddenly vanishes, however, Jane is left alone to tend to three monkeys. The roles quickly reverse, though, resulting in a claustrophobic, terrifying simian house of horror.
