Villa Mare: A Gin Mare pop-up experience in Valencia with Atomix, Fierro and Locale Firenze for the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023

As Valencia welcomes the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023, Gin Mare is inviting guests to its exclusive beachfront pop-up experience, Villa Mare, on Sunday 18th and Monday 19th June from 5pm-9pm. Here, award-winning guest chefs and bartenders will offer curated pairings of food and drink, influenced by the distinct botanicals that characterise Gin Mare: basil, rosemary, thyme and Arbequina olives. The brand is partner of the event as the sponsor for the Art of Hospitality award.

Villa Mare aims to emulate the essence of hospitality award, an accolade dedicated to celebrating restaurants that provide exceptional dining experiences, fostering a connection between guests, the space, the menu and the service. The highlight of the event will be a collaborative effort between the 2022 winners of The Art of Hospitality Award, Atomix from Manhattan, and local culinary gem, Fierro.

Led by the dynamic husband-and-wife duo, JP and Ellia Park, Atomix has earned an international reputation for its innovative approach to dining. Their partnership with Fierro, a restaurant applauded for its modern interpretation of traditional tastes, promises an unforgettable aperitivo menu featuring Mediterranean influences and Gin Mare’s signature botanicals.

To accompany this exquisite array of small plates, Locale Firenze, ranked 39th in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2022, will present a selection of cocktails. The drinks menu will spotlight the bar’s unique flair, featuring both signature Gin Mare serves and innovative recipes influenced by the Mediterranean liquor.

Alex Aves, global brand director for Gin Mare, expresses his enthusiasm about the partnership: “We are incredibly excited to welcome guests to Villa Mare. Given our passion for gastronomy and commitment to hospitality, what better partner than the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 to showcase Gin Mare and allow more people to experience our philosophy of ‘tasting life differently’ – the Mediterranean way – with good food, good drinks and in the company of good friends”
