Sky Garden, London’s highest public garden, is aiming to elevate further elevate the summer experience with the launch of its Summer Spritz Terrace on the 37th floor. This seasonal offering, available from 4 June, promises Londoners an exquisite proposal combining refreshing summer spritzes, seasonal tasting plates, and unparalleled views of the city’s skyline. The vibrant spot is set to become the go-to destination to enjoy a date night, friends catch ups, or simply to unwind with after-work drinks amidst the backdrop of the capital’s stunning vistas.

Located 155m above the city, the terrace offers a new limited-edition spritz menu featuring a variety of enticing options. From the classic Aperol* and Limoncello spritzes to The Lillet, a concoction of Lillet Blanc, prosecco, soda, and fresh lemon, and the luxurious Moët & Chandon. For those preferring non-alcoholic options, The Ceder’s Rose Spritz presents a delightful mix of Ceder’s Rose, tonic water, Noughty sparkling chardonnay, and raspberries.

To complement the Spritz themed list, the food menu accompany the experience with refreshing dishes the likes of Ceviche Sea Bream with chilli, lime, and coriander, Burrata with heirloom tomatoes and basil oil; and the indulgent Penny Buns, Wild Horses & Champagne plate featuring horse mushrooms, cep, early harvest olive oil, parsley, and oregano.

Additionally, guests can immerse themselves in Sky Garden’s Music Nights taking place on the 35th floor, a collaboration with the luxury event music curation agency ALR, known for their work with high-profile clients including the Beckham-Peltz families and the British Royal Family.

Tickets for the Summer Spritz Terrace experience start from £40, which includes a choice of spritz, two tasting plates, and access to Sky Garden’s Music Nights. For those looking for an even more indulgent appointment, tickets are available from £55 for 1.5 hours of bottomless spritzes, two plates, and access to the music nights. 

The Summer Spritz Terrace is part of Sky Garden’s broader Summer at Sky Garden campaign, featuring a variety of ticketed parties, live summer music nights, yoga pop-ups, and extended opening hours.
