The lunch promises an exclusive 11-course menu, featuring a blend of signature dishes and guest favourites from both restaurants. Highlights include Handling’s Langoustine, crab, jasmine, and Gaag’s Crab tart, kumquat and Wagyu beef, broccoli, truffle. The menu, designed to celebrate the best of seasonal ingredients, also offers diners an optional extra of All About the Sturgeon, and for dessert, a zesty London honey, verbena, Cornish lemon, among other sweet treats.

Priced at £195 per person, the menu will be served directly by the chefs, with options for classic and premium wine pairings available at £150 and £250 respectively.
