In the heart of Mayfair, London, Theo Randall’s latest venture, Theo’s on the Terrace, has now opened for visitors and locals alike to embrace the vibrant essence of Southern Italy. This summer pop-up, which will be on until the end of September at Number One Park Lane, is a collaboration with notable brands including Smeg, Malfy Gin, and Della Vite. Renowned for bringing Italian experiences to the capital, Randall’s new offering promises an immersive journey to the sun-drenched coasts of Italy, featuring a menu rich in seasonal Southern Italian dishes, amidst a setting that aims to captures the region’s atmosphere.

The terrace décor pays homage to the picturesque landscapes and colours of Italy, boasting lush Mediterranean florals, aromatic herbs, and parasols in shades of blue, white, red, orange, and yellow. A highlight of the venue is a statement retro Fiat 500 fridge by Smeg, adding a particular Italian touch to the environment. The carefully curated dish selection showcases the best of Southern Italy’s culinary traditions. Diners can indulge in antipasti such as Datterini Tomato Bruschetta, Saffron-infused Arancini, and a mix of seafood, all served on beautiful Vietri ceramic ware. The main courses list includes Sicilian pizzas, colourful salads, and classics like tagliata and aubergine parmigiana.

Desserts entails Italian staples options the likes of tiramisù, affogato, and Randall’s signature gelato, perfect for rounding off the meal. The beverage selection emphasizes spritz cocktails, with exclusive creations like the Amalfi Sunset Spritz, prepared with Malfy Gin
Rosa, Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa, Della Vite Prosecco Superiore, orange and thyme, and Ciao Malfy Spritz, blending flavours of blueberries, lemon and basil, alongside a list of Italian wines.
