Mark Wahlberg and Paul Walter Hauser go off the rails in first trailer for Balls Up
The first trailer for Balls Up has arrived, previewing a loud, chaotic comedy from director Peter Farrelly.
Streaming globally on Prime Video from 15th April, the film stars Mark Wahlberg and Paul Walter Hauser as two marketing executives whose careers take a nosedive after a disastrous pitch and an even worse night in Brazil.
Brad (Wahlberg) and Elijah (Hauser) attempt to land a bold sponsorship deal involving the World Cup, but their hard-partying celebrations quickly spiral into an international scandal. What follows is a frantic scramble to escape the fallout, as they dodge furious football fans, criminals and officials while trying to make it home in one piece.
The trailer leans into the film’s outrageous premise, packed with crude humour, escalating mishaps and the kind of odd-couple dynamic that drives much of the comedy.
The supporting cast includes Benjamin Bratt, Eva De Dominici and Daniela Melchior, with Molly Shannon, Sacha Baron Cohen and Eric André also appearing.
Written by Deadpool duo Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, Balls Up brings together big studio comedy and a knowingly ridiculous concept, anchored by its two leads.
