Jodie Comer joins Edith Bowman for special The Death of Robin Hood Soundtracking event

Jodie Comer will join director Michael Sarnoski for a live conversation with Edith Bowman this September, as Everyman’s Soundtracking Film Club announces its next events and a new partnership with Range Rover.

The first takes place at Everyman Borough Yards on 2^nd September, alongside a screening of Sarnoski’s The Death of Robin Hood. Comer and the director will sit down with Bowman to discuss the film, a darker reimagining of the familiar legend that follows a battle-worn Robin Hood confronting his past after being gravely injured.

Later in the month, the Film Club turns its attention to Extra Geography, with director Molly Manners and composer Arthur Sharpe appearing at Everyman at The Whiteley on 14^th September. The coming-of-age film follows two high-achieving best friends at a British girls’ boarding school whose attempt to become more “worldly” by setting themselves a summer project to fall in love begins to complicate their friendship.

Both conversations will be recorded in front of the cinema audience before being released as episodes of Bowman’s Soundtracking podcast, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this August.

The events form part of an ongoing collaboration between Bowman and Everyman that brings the podcast’s conversations about film and music into cinemas. Previous guests have included Sofia Coppola, Demi Moore, Dev Patel and Andrew Scott, with screenings spanning both new releases and established favourites.

Range Rover has now joined the Film Club as a partner and will support ten special events throughout 2026, including the forthcoming The Death of Robin Hood and Extra Geography evenings.

For audiences, the format offers something a little different from the traditional post-screening Q&A: the chance to hear filmmakers and performers dig into the creative choices behind a film as part of a conversation designed to continue beyond the cinema as a podcast.
