Brows are big business these days. Indeed, they are the focus of the second fastest-growing category of make-up (with eyeliner narrowly taking the top spot). In 2014, Google was bombarded with three million eyebrow-related queries, whilst two million searches on YouTube were dedicated to finding the secret to brow perfection.
Now, the universally acknowledged Queens of the brow game, Benefit, have launched a 13-piece collection dedicated entirely to keeping your brows as on fleek as the latest beauty vlogger sensation.
The San Francisco-based beauty company are already the go-to brow brand in Britain, monopolising 50% of that ever-growing market and boasting five of the top-selling brow products. However, with this new collection they are certainly taking things to a whole other level.
The old favourites have been given a makeover, with new shades in both the Gimme Brow Eyebrow Gel and Brow Zings Eyebrow Shaping Kit, and a new creamier formula for the popular High Brow and High Brow Glow highlighting pencils.
Then there’s a ridiculous amount of newness, including the 3D BROWtones Eyebrow Enhancer (a brush-on highlighter), the BROWVO! Conditioning Primer (for fuller, healthier brows) and two pencils – the Goof Proof Eyebrow Pencil and the Precisely, My Brow Pencil. Also in the mix you have the KA-BROW Eyebrow Gel, a grooming tweezer, a brush to define and blend, and (of course) a trusty pencil sharpener.
It’s certainly a comprehensive collection, but eyebrow connoisseurs beware – if you want the entire collection, it will set you back a brow-raising £270. However, with six shades to suit every brow tone and a solution for every brow-related concern, this unique collection is sure to be a hit.
