Weleda, the original pioneer of certified natural and organic cosmetics, is launching their new range of natural body lotions, drawing on their 90+ years’ experience with natural oils to create these lotions which have been holistically formulated using pure and natural ingredients. There are four body lotions in the collection and each one helps the skin maintain or regain its natural balance by supporting the skin’s own functions. Each plant used serves a different skin need or type and all lotions have been dermatologically tested.

The refreshing Citrus Hydrating Body Lotion is perfect for balanced, normal skin. This lotion regulates the skin’s moisture balance while invigorating and hydrating the skin. Plant oils include citrus fruits, coconut and sesame to keep the skin feeling supple and smooth. It absorbs rapidly and is ideal for after sun bathing.

Contained within Sea Buckthorn Body Lotion is ultimate “super-berry” sea buckthorn, which possess antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties to help nourish and regenerate. The vitamin-rich formula also contains mallow extract and shea butter to protect from moisture loss, and provide visible and lasting care for dry skin.

The Wild Rose Body Lotion gives a touch of luxury and supports the regeneration processes by harmonising the skin, leaving it silky. Restoring the skin’s natural resilience and elasticity, this formula is rich in ingredients such as organic jojoba and fragrant wild rose oil to indulges the senses.

Vitality and richness are all brought to the skin through the power of pomegranate oil. Pomegranate Body Lotion brings a natural remedy for dry, ageing and stressed skin. Sesame, Apricot Kernel, and Sunflower seed oil along with shea butter deeply nourish the skin.

The range was designed around recognising the harmonious connection between nature and human; it is this which makes their natural and organic cosmetics unique with specifically promoting and sustaining the body’s own health and well-being.

Citrus Hydrating Body Lotion £13.95, Sea Buckthorn Body Lotion £15.95, Wild Rose Body Lotion £19.95 and Pomegranate Body Lotion £21.95

Available from independent health stores, pharmacies and here.
