With this year’s kaleidoscope of colours inspired from seasonal trends and all-time classics, edgy beauty brand Urban Decay have released gift sets to inspire creativity. Eyes are the focus for the festive season and pallets come in eye shadow and pencil form.

Mini pallets have three different themes and all offer six eye shadows and a lip gloss. Sultry Feminine offers neutral, smokey eye shadows and a creamy nude lip gloss. Dangerous contains jewel tone shades and a pinky gloss, whilst the Fun palette gives a diverse colour range and sparkly nude gloss.

A rainbow of colour is collected for Ocho Loco pencils, or ‘crazy eight’. In the mix are four exclusive bright and shimmery shades mixed in with classic colours. These full size pencils also contain a double barrel sharpener in the set. Waterproof with good pigmentation turquoise shimmer sits next bright purple, wearable mushroom and moss green.

Twenty eye shadow shades are contained in The Vice palette, which launched this autumn. Mattes, shimmers, satins, neutrals and brights are all contained in this soft touch box with a double ended eye shadow and crease brush to boot. Brand new to the palette are flattering golds, browns and peaches as are bedfellows deep blue, green and pink.

Reasonably priced Urban Decay gift sets are a good choice for anyone who loves colour and has a good knowledge of make-up.

The Feminine, Dangerous and Fun Palettes £25, The Ocho Loco 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil set £40 and The Vice Palette £42. Available at Debenhams and House of Fraser and here.
