When the winter weather comes around, one section of every woman’s wardrobe that makes an appearance is the knitwear section. As with a lot of people’s knitwear, we can often fall into a rut of having huge chunky knits, which do look great, but it’s also nice to have something with a bit more of an edge when you want to pep things up.

We think we have found the solution in the form of Amy Hall Knitwear. This brand offers an edgy, stylish yet classy offering in the knitwear department and their pieces are really flattering on the female form. Every item can stand out, even when paired with another simple fashion piece.

Having been featured in The Times, Absolutely Magazine, Metro and even Company, this knitwear brand is really taking off and making its mark. Handmade in London, these garments show how much skill, detail and thought go into every piece, and each piece shows how you can make knitwear a style statement rather than evidence of being stuck in a style rut.

We absolutely love this Chu t-shirt from the brand. In this gorgeous shade of purple named “anemone”, this long-sleeved t-shirt offers a completely new take on the traditional. Almost a super light-weight jumper, this piece could be layered up and still look uber chic.

As pencil skirts are in at the moment, it’s safe to say you won’t see too many made from a merino wool and mohair mix! This skirt looks completely stylish paired with a simple black bodycon or even a tucked in t-shirt.
