Maternity wear baronesses Sara Madderson and Helen Hughes have tried their hand at womenswear, and Thursday evening’s launch party declared their hard-stomped arrival to the market, capturing the attention of some of the UK’s most notable fashion favourites. (Zara Phillips, anyone?)
The line uses luxury fabrics, impeccable tailoring and overall sleek aesthetic to present a selection of ultra-feminine garments. Local starlets and socialites stepped out in full force in show of support of this new venture.
The co-founders both donned Madderson exclusives: Madderson herself wowed in the white cap-sleeved Erica dress while soon-to-be-expecting Hughes stunned in the silk Charlotte blouse, both from their intensely luxe and lust-worthy S/S 2014 collection.
If the turn-out and swoon factor of the crowd are anything to go by, we cannot wait to see what comes from Madderson in these upcoming seasons.
