Feel the wrath of Hermes in this astronomical campaign

Feel the wrath of Hermes in this astronomical campaign

This Hermes campaign has left us in awe. Hunter & Gatti have created this set of images to pay tribute to Greek god Hermes. The mythological god has been channelled through the power of these images.h01

Hermes was the inventor of astronomy and astrology; the way the light captures the dust particles and movement resembles the galaxy. Unlike most campaigns, this has gone deeper than the clothes – the strong meaning of these photos are key to the brand’s ethos: power, strength, out of this world.h2

The character of Hermes is the messenger of communication between Earth and outer space. The only accessories used in this photo shoot were a feather headdress, which resembled horns, and a monumental gold chain. h3

Movement and motion is present in this shoot. In the last image, the model is blending into the cosmos. Our planet and the outer-universe have become one, resulting with the mood changing. The blue tones represent peace and calm, the roaring reds have not dispensed. h4

The stylist for the photo shoot is Blanca Rodrigues and the make-up artist is Paco Garrigues. Paco was the go-to guy for make-up because of his high-profiled portfolio, working for brands such as Guess, Massimo Dutti and Blanco.
