Tuesday night saw the Creative Cointreau Crew launched in style at the Hotel Cafe Royal, which borders the edge of Soho and swoops the sidelines of Mayfair, providing a glitzy, glamorous yet tantalisingly trendy event.

La Maison Cointreau chose Laetitia Casta to head their crew, empowering a female creative to begin her own project by funding her with £20,000.

Cointreau stayed true to their pledge, showcasing upcoming talent: alongside established artist and curator Charlie Herman, young artist – the likes of Tommy Pang – animated the mirrors and scribbled sketches of the guests in attendance. Harriet Rose (DJ and presenter of the London Sound YouTube channel) ensured the dance floor remained full indefinitely with her carefree electric beats.

The red carpet was firmly rolled out for the host of celebrities in attendance, including Ella Eyre, Charlie XCX, Donna Air and Dionne Bromfield. They could sip three new Cointreau cocktails newly announced on the night, designed by Alfred Cointreau himself (sixth generation of the Cointreau family). or indulge in a cocktail of their own creation using the plethora of fresh fruits and vanilla pods available at the centre stage.

This was a night of decadent canapé-fuelled dancing in support of a cause that gives women the freedom and the means to express their creativity. The lucky winner will be announced in the spring of 2016.
