La Lilouche: Are you naughty or nice?

La Lilouche: Are you naughty or nice?

Think. Think long and hard. What is the one thing you get told after a breakup? (Besides the “plenty more fish in the sea” speech.) “Get dressed up to the nines and buy some sexy lingerie! He has no idea what he’s lost!” Am I right?

La Lilouche, designed by Israeli-based Liya Amar, is the perfect mixture of naughty and nice. Liya uses the most luxurious materials possible to make her collections exclusive. High quality silk fabrics, satin silk, Chantilly lace and Swarovski crystals are just some of the items she uses to add to the allure of her garments.

Despite having started her line as recently as 2010, Liya’s talent for designing lingerie and nightwear is evident. Everything is playful and sensual, embracing the female curves, and you can see Liya gets pleasure from her designs.

It’s all about showing ‘just enough’, as this ‘Camille’ negligée from the La Lilouche’s Cosmic Love collection demonstrates. The main attraction of the Camille is the fact that it has an open back. Liya adds to this provocative model by placing a sheer lace strap with gemstones down the middle of the back. I am confident this item would not remain on any woman’s body for too long.

The ‘Alexa’ lace bodysuit with gemstones is a perfect tease. Do not think of it as a simple bodysuit – take note of the back of the model. Are you imagining yourself wearing it?

This appeal of the ‘Georgie’ balconette corset bra set lies in the rich merlot colour, finished off with black organza trimmings and Swarovski crystals. A very naughty model indeed!

To end on a nice rather than naughty note, ‘Charlotte’ from the bridal lingerie collection is a reminder of the old-fashioned maids in their little black outfit.  The 1950s inspired bloomers are the perfect finishing touch to this ensemble.

If you have recently broken up with someone, think of you and treat yourself to something that makes you feel sensual again. If you are in a relationship, buy a La Lilouche item to tantalise your partner and send him wild.

Remember, it’s all about feeling desirable. The attitude soon follows.

You can buy Liya’s items online on the La Lilouche website by clicking here, or on the Etsy website here. Her collections can also be found in selected boutiques across Europe.
