Loving this season’s high street grunge trends? Well, you will instantly fall head over heels with this. Based in Singapore, THE CULTLABEL has been around for less than 12 months but has managed to build a base of fashion lovers who love the uniqueness of the brand. Run by a beautiful young lady called Nichole Basalla, THE CULTLABEL is reflective of her inimitable style. Nichole’s talent is admirable – she is studying Mass Communication, has started and owns the label herself and is aiming to start a degree in the future.

Inspiration for the brand came from Nichole’s childhood love of dressing up, and opening a store seemed somewhat of a natural progression in her life. She also gains ideas for her clothing from her taste in music and lifestyle choices.

THE CULTLABEL stocks an array of clothes that includes Nichole’s own manufactured line of clothing and accessories as well as specially picked imported items from around the world. She says, “There is a good dose of rock and goth influence as well as being girly, edgy and fun at the same time.” The collection is individual and distinctive, giving a whole new appeal to looking different. From space-themed dresses and maxi lace cardigans to gorgeous collared leopard shirts and stockings which give a whole new exciting purpose to showing off your thighs, THE CULTLABEL is truly a statement of being able to wear what you want, when you want. And well, we absolutely adore it.

You can shop for yourself by clicking here, or follow Nichole’s personal style journey by visiting her blog.
