The Big Skincare Mystery is revealed!

The Big Skincare Mystery campaign got the beauty world buzzing these past few weeks as an unidentified skincare product was hailed as the secret to beautiful skin.

Tested by women across the UK for a number of weeks, 93% of users loved the mystery wash and mask and 91% said they would recommend it to a friend.

Finally, the secret is out and which brand is behind the mystery? None other than Clearasil!

In a mighty rebranding effort, the low-end skincare brand launched a hugely successful Facebook campaign, offering anyone a free sample to test out the mystery product and urging them all to respond with their thoughts. This nationwide blind trial meant that positive recommendations for the product were entirely bias-free and uninfluenced by advertising or price point.

So which products are set to revolutionise your skincare regime? Clearasil’s new DailyClear Vitamins and Extracts range. It consists of five cleansing products, filled with superfruits specifically for their antioxidant properties to deliver healthier, clearer skin. The range includes the 2 in 1 Vitamins and Extracts Wash and Mask, Vitamins and Extracts Scrub and Vitamins and Extracts Cleansing Wipes, with prices starting from £3.49.

The standout product of the range is the revolutionary Clearasil PerfectaWash, an innovative face wash dispenser that takes the guesswork out of cleansing, as it dispenses the perfect dose of cleanser to effectively cleanse your face without over-drying the skin. The PerfectaWash is priced at £12.99, after which you would only need to purchase refills.

Expert dermatologist Dr Susan Mayou says: “Traditionally, products for blemish-prone skin may cause over-drying, leaving the skin vulnerable to environmental assault. The Clearasil Vitamins & Extracts range offers a more gentle approach, balancing soothing natural extracts with active ingredients designed to keep the skin clear of blemishes. The PerfectaWash measured dose further ensures that skin will not be over-cleansed and stripped of vital protective oils.”

Clearasil’s skincare revolution has begun.

The Clearasil DailyClear Vitamins and Extracts range is available at all Superdrug and Boots stores nationwide.
