Vampire fangs, gargoyle heads and small bugs aren’t usually what come to mind when you think of soap. However, The Soapy Shop of Horrors wants to change that and take you beyond the standard heart-shaped novelty soaps you see in shops.

While on a trip to America, Soapy Shop of Horrors owner and designer Suze purchased fun, Hallowe’en-themed soaps as gifts for friends back at home. After seeing what a limited selection she had to choose from, she decided to start her own business using Hallowe’en as her soapy and spooky inspiration.

Each soap is handmade and you can even individualise your design by choosing the colour and scent. There is a wide array of scents to choose from, including coconut, lavender, strawberry, chocolate and even cannabis.

If Hallowe’en doesn’t strike your fancy, you can choose from a list of not-so-scary soap shapes such as shamrocks, hedgehogs, jelly babies and even Hermes, an owl-shaped soap. All bars cost under £3, so they are perfect gifts for friends and family.

For more info and to order some awesome soaps click here, or follow the shop on Twitter at @SoapySOhorrors.
