Whose Style? Stella’s Style.

Whose Style? Stella’s Style.

The Stellar Boutique is an online vintage shop, founded by Stella herself! Stella is a graduate from the University for the Creative Arts and her degree in fashion design caused her to stumble upon the need for individuality in clothing.

Her online boutique showcases various fashion designers and artists from around the world in order to merge both culture and couture into one simple website. The items she sells range from handbags to shoes and back to clothes. Stella understands our need for individuality and she wants to provide a great shopping experience for us fashionistas who love to be our own person. The Stellar Boutique offers the opportunity to create an individual style and look for our home and wardrobe, which is unique and personal to us.

Through spending the last ten years working in the forever-evolving fashion industry and traveling around the globe in order to collect ideas and thoughts, Stella has created a collection personal to what she sees and has experienced throughout her adventures.

After successfully launching her own label in 2002 and selling her own collection of customised t-shirts and bags in the Oxford Circus’ branch of Topshop and other boutiques scattered around London, she decided creating her own website was the way forward.

Stella took the pride in working on her own stall at Portobello market, in London, and it was here where she really expressed her passion for vintage clothing and what it stands for. She sold her handpicked vintage finds to the glamorous Portobello fashion lovers. Some of her customers included the fabulous Kate Moss and revolutionist Stella McCartney. Thus, the creation of The Stellar Boutique has allowed Stella to internationally showcase a unique collection of clothes, bags, shows, sunglasses and accessories.

What makes the choices of clothing sold on her website even more admirable are the fabulous prices of these read-to-wear pieces created by exclusive designers! Some of these fabulous designers include Maggie + Me, Norwegian Wood, Dahlia and Friis & Company. Each of the many designers featured on the website are all hosts of gorgeous collections and items which are to die for! Some of our favourite pieces sold on the website include the 50s’ Vintage Aqua Knitted Cardigan (£27) and the Full Length Kaftan White (£28), an essential summer outfit!

So, did you think this website couldn’t get any better? Well, it does. The Stellar Boutique also sells menswear as well as accessories for the home! At the moment, the menswear available is all vintage and the items suit any style; whether it be indie, rock, chic, boho or any other high fashion style. As for the home accessories, the items are, again, very individual and stylish with Moroccan cushions and poufs (which are on sale at the moment, so hurry up!) to add a sense of cultural diversity to the home. With the weather in Britain, it is a great way to escape to another country – nearly – for free!
