Vancaro is an online jewellery retailer that really focuses on fast fashion for young trendsetters, reaching out on social media. The brand has used the innovative idea of inviting customers to vote on the costume jewellery designs they want to buy.

It all started with Lynlin Vancaro’s simple dream: to create her own career in the fashion industry. In 2009, Lynlin and her husband left New York where they had lived for nearly ten years, and moved to Hong Kong where the site Vancaro was launched. As a talented entrepreneur, Lynlin brought to life all of her passion for jewellery. She was determined to create a source for imaginatively designed and exquisite jewellery products with very attractive prices for a new generation of consumers.  Vancaro’s vision is of “Affordable Exquisite Jewellery”.

In addition to her own jewellery collections, Lynlin has worked with some of the world’s top jewellery designers from New York, London, Paris and Milan.

“We have big plans in store for the business, from fundraising initiatives to engaging with more jewellery designers worldwide“, said Ms Vancaro. “However, it is our interaction with our growing community that takes priority. To simply be present on online social networks like Facebook and Twitter is not enough; we must continue to actively engage our customers in continuous discussions about what they like, what inspires them and what they want to buy. This will continue to be our focus and the key to our success.”

Vancaro has established a wide range of relationships with manufacturers from China, Thailand, Vietnam and other countries, bringing a new way to buy jewellery: cutting out the fuss so you can get high quality jewellery pieces at an affordable price.

“Fashion design, fine workmanship, very attractive prices, is our strategic mission. It is the core value of our brand and we believe that the Internet is redefining the jewellery industry “, says Lynlin Vancaro.
