Mulberry’s latest family member: Bryn the new IT bag

Ladies, ladies, ladies, IT is here! Bryn, the latest handbag from Mulberry for the Autumn/Winter collection, is born. We can imagine the excited fashionistas’ fingertips racing across the keyboards as they search for this beauty and spend their salary before it has even hit their bank account.

Bryn sounds familiar, doesn’t it? That’s because it is inspired by the iconic men’s satchel Brynmore; it’s like star-crossed bag lovers. Bryn is a cute little thing with a triple postman’s lock, which is becoming a signature feature on many Mulberry bags, including the ever-so-popular Alexa and Bayswater. What makes this bag even sweeter is the adorable top handle and cross-body strap.

We are absolutely certain that Bryn will provoke as much attention as the Alexa bag, it is aesthetically pleasing to even the most androgynous of us. But the question is, will the Bryn overcome the Del Rey in terms of profits that soared and rose by 54% and £36 million? Wowzer. We are sure little Bryn has what it takes especially with the price tag of £550, worth it though, SO WORTH IT!

Now listen up, there are two sizes, small or regular and Bryn is flexible when it comes to colours; available in classic oak leather, this is our favourite:

If this one isn’t your colour then don’t worry, choose from flame and black shiny grain leather – doesn’t sound too pretty but okay, Mulberry know best. Petrol velvet-print grain leather, which we imagine could be pretty awesome, or the luxurious black-pebbled haircalf that sounds rather middle class, dear!

If you cannot wait until the 16th July for Bryn to hop into Mulberry stores then fear not, you can purchase Bryn online then go home and celebrate with some wine.
