Bonzie devotees show us the way

Bonzie devotees show us the way

Blame the Gods or blame global warming but no one can argue that the weather this summer has been truly rubbish. From torrential downpours to horrendous hail then to a sprinkling of sun just to get our hopes up, before crushing them. It can’t seem to make up its mind.

So a cute bolero, wrap or jacket from Bonzie is just what you need to counteract this crazy weather to place over a beautiful summer dress, be it for a wedding or the imminent Proms in the Park.

Bonzie has shown us the way with unique designs, vintage patterns, devotion and commitment to craftsmanship, what more could The Upcoming readers ask for?

There is something so Jane Eyre about the first bolero we wish to show you. Maybe it is the Victorian style or the elegance and corsetry. Or maybe we can just imagine Mr Rochester ripping it off.

Its apple green colour means that it is a versatile piece for any season, and it is great to have pieces that you can wear to a variety of functions. The raw silk fabric gives a luminous quality and romantically rough quality.

If you are looking for magic, then we point you in the direction of the magical tulle, which is a perfect addition to your wedding dress, the Ivory Rococo Wrap is vintage inspired, made from organza and an item that truly softens all edges, oooh and they also do a tea stained one!

We leave you with the ethereal baroque wrap before letting you explore, adorned in organza blooms with nestling pearls. The high collar star gives it a regal and romantic feel, adding great style to even the simplest dresses.

Their corsetry, brooches, and collars are another adventure for you to go on and with customers all over the world we are sure that there is something for you too here.
