Looking for a collar to enhance an already amazing outfit? Or are you just looking for a new look to add to an old top? Well now you can buy stylish collars and hats to make any outfit look original! Hello Strumpet is a new online shop that sells the most unique cocktail hats and accessories. With different patterns and designs, you can find something that will suit you and your personality. These accessories are handmade by two friends who have a love of all things lacy, frilly and retro – who wish for the days when such care was taken by women to look glamorous.

These glamorous accessories are made from only the best materials such as tweeds from Harris and Shetland, liberty prints and British cotton velvets, as well as foraged vintage bark cloths and original 50s prints, and to make things even better they are handmade for the best quality! There are bespoke cocktails hats for all kinds of occasions such as weddings and everyday use, making these an amazing purchase for anyone!

Being influenced by many different aspects of life from magicians and their assistants to travel in the 20s and 30s, Wanda and Kitty (the glamorous designers and makers) take retro to the next level and incorporate big things like the jubilee into their designs, using the patriotic colours red, white and blue. As well as designing a ready-to-wear collection, Hello Strumpet also does a bridal collection that will make sure you look chic and individual on your big day!

Although Strumpet hats have only been around since 2010, their unique cocktail hats and accessories are memorable and they have also collaborated with Miss Dixiebelle, a vintage glamour boutique. They are currently designing their Autumn/Winter collection which is inspired by the kitsch Highland picnics, so things like mohair blankets and tartan thermos flasks – I’m sure these will look as amazing as the rest of their collection, so be sure to check out their website and blog to keep you looking retro cool and individual!

Follow Hello Strumpet on Twitter and Facebook, and check out their bridal collection here.
