NYFW – CZAR by Cesar Galindo S/S 2013 collection
Picture this: a solid dress collection including edgy statement pieces with colours of cloud grey, blush and slate. Colour blocked with hot oranges, timeless cobalt and bold reds worked in a classy manner. Welcome to the launch of CZAR S/S13 collection that rocked the catwalk at NYFW.
CZAR collection includes original signature pieces from Cesar, including daring necklines – as well as hot draped hems in gorgeous matte jerseys, and adaptable crinkle silk chiffons with the complementing crochet optical lace in black and white as overlays.
Cesar Galindo has proved his place in NYFW and he certainly deserves to be there. It was the 1980s when Galindo stepped into the New York garment business and he launched his first collection in the late 1980s. He has come a long way since and after working as a contract designer with famous brands such as Dolce and Gabbana, it was only a matter of time before Galindo hit the catwalk with his own collection.
