Change your heels, not your shoes!

Change your heels, not your shoes!

Convertible heels provide on-the-go women with a super stylish solution to their every shoe need. Here at The Upcoming, we have recently discovered Boston based company, Day2Night.

The Company was founded in 2011, by Candice Cabe, a self-professed serial entrepreneur, and it has exploded ever since. According to Candice, the reason for this is that women “have been dreaming of a product like this since the inception of high-heels”.

Day2Night creates high-heel shoes that convert to a lower heel in seconds. The stiletto-style heel interchanges easily with five different heels, ranging in height from 3.5 inches down to a comfortable 1.5 inches.

“With Day2Night Convertible Heels, women can wear a low heel during their morning commute, an office-appropriate heel during the day, and a stiletto shoe for evening events – all without ever needing to lug around separate pairs of shoes.” It’s the perfect solution for women who carry several pairs of shoes around with them, always prepared for wherever the day will take them.

Currently, the website is selling the Marissa style, a timeless black peep-toe shape, with a sling-back. The shoes are on sale for US$149 (around £95), and come with the five different heel sizes.

If you think this is a little on the pricey side, remember, you are essentially buying five separate versions of the same shoe. Every time you change the heel, you change the overall look.

Day2Night sells directly to customers from its website, launched in 2012.

You can also follow this innovative company on Twitter for more up-to-date information.
