John Lewis has expanded massively over the last few years. The store has an elegant and classier feel to it. However, it still provides such a wide range of products  that it  fits almost any budget . It is the ‘luxury’ high-street department store that holds a wide range of products from make-up and beauty to homeware, electrical items and clothing. It is the “all-in-one store”, and for some it’s an ideal spot to shop, as they can almost guarantee to find all they need in the space of one shopping trip.

John Lewis has won a number of awards for its success, from receiving the highest customer satisfaction scores to best online beauty department store, as awarded by InStyle online beauty awards. They have a great in-store range and interior design which makes the customer experience more pleasant.

Each department has its own unique display, dividing the store’s vast variety of products. In addition the online store is just as well looked after; the website is easy to navigate and has a simple yet effective design. It is therefore no surprise that John Lewis will be making an appearance in the Westfield London shopping centre shortly; it is the perfect spot for the department store and will without a doubt be successful.Screen shot 2013-12-04 at 07.13.56

Michael Gutman, Westfield’s European managing director, said: “John Lewis is the most requested store at Westfield London and we are delighted that we will soon be able to deliver on this for our customers. The new store will be another huge attraction to Westfield London and will become an important centrepiece of the massive regeneration taking place in the White City opportunity area with the creation of thousands of new homes and jobs.”

Opening the store will not only benefit Westfield shoppers but it will also open up many job opportunities for people, which is an undoubted bonus.
