Diptyque introduce L’Art Du Soin: a new ritual for a fresh face

The Parisian company Diptyque have created a new range of skincare products inspired by rituals from all around the world. The range includes an Infused Facial Water, Radiance Boosting Powder, Nourishing Cleansing Balm, Multi-Use Exfoliating Cream and Protective Moisturizing Lotion.lart

A famous perfumery, Diptyque of Paris has been around since the 60s. Run by three close friends, the company was once only known for concocting fragrances but over the past 50 years they have transitioned into face and body care. Their latest creation is a delightful range of products made to brighten and freshen up the face.

Starting with the Infused Facial Water (£35), a replacement of water that is full of vitamins and made from Damask rose, this particular product gently cleanses, tones and restores the skin’s natural complexion wtih added radiance!

The second item is the Radiance Boosting Powder (£38). This particular skincare product is inspired by Japanese rituals and once in contact with water turns into a foam that cleanses to offer a brilliant shine. Ingredients include jasmine, rose and sweet orange blossom that soothe and soften the skin.

Next up is the Nourishing Cleansing Balm (£44) which does exactly what it says on the label. With the fresh, sweet scent of geranium and rose, the balm has a wax-like texture that transforms to a milky consistency when in contact with water. Components such as ylang-ylang, almond oil and mimosa ensure a nourishing, regenerating balm that can also be used as a face mask.

The Multi-Use Exfoliating Cream (£44) is created by combining marble powder, kaolin, rice and oat powders.  Marble powder is used due to the small particles that are perfect for exfoliation, kaolin is a vital ingredient to restore minerals as well as cleanse and purify, whereas the rice and oat powders are there to keep the skin soft.

Finally we have the Protective Moisturizing Lotion (£44). With its multiple uses this may be the last but is in no ways the least! With SPF 15 protection merged with extracts of white lily which calms and softens, grape extract to brighten and orange blossom for that added brilliant tangy freshness, you have the perfect lotion.

Whether you decide to pick up just one or truly treat yourself to an at-home spa, head over to the website to make your purchase and find out whether there is a Diptyque store near you.
