Serpentine Gallery summer party 2015: best dressed ladies
The annual Serpentine Gallery party paves the way as one of London’s chicest parties every summer, and this year was no exception. With Christopher Kane amongst this year’s hosts, his designs were a favourite with guests including Alexa Chung, Lara Stone, Poppy Delevingne and Naomie Harris. As the stars descended on the capital for the event, we take a look at the best dressed of the night.
Leading the glamour was Hollywood A-lister Kate Hudson who stunned in a high-neck white top and a Louis Vuitton black sequinned floor length skirt with a daring slit to her thigh. The 36-year-old actress wore her blonde hair in loose waves with a smokey eye, whilst she completed the look with a leopard print clutch and nude heels.
Another star dressing to impress on the night was model Suki Waterhouse, who attended the event with her sister, Immy who looked equally glamorous. Suki wore a floor length mint green semi-sheer chiffon Valentino dress, which featured a sequinned plunging neckline ensuring plenty of cleavage was on show.
Fellow British model, Alexa Chung paid homage to one of the hosts of the night by wearing a Christopher Kane design. Chung stood out in the statement blue and white flared dress, featuring a male and female figure locked in an embrace printed onto the semi-sheer fabric to reveal the British beauty’s ample assets.
Lara Stone was another model opting to wear a Christopher Kane design. The Dutch model showed off her long legs in an eye-catching bright red mini dress, featuring lace hearts embroidered over a nude underlay.
Finally TV presenter, Fearne Cotton attended the star-studded bash looking stylish as ever with her husband, Jesse Wood. Fearne wore a white pastel patterned dress, which showcased her growing baby bump perfectly, whilst she accessorised the look with red strappy heels, loose waves and a baby pink lip.
