Rising star, Gigi Hadid, has been taking the fashion world by storm, having just been unveiled as the new face of Maybelline and Topshop’s A/W 2015 campaigns. With over five million Instagram followers, friends such as Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner, and Joe Jonas as her new beau, Hadid is arguably one of the hottest models of the moment. Here, we look back at some of her best looks to date and swoon over her red carpet glamour and effortless off-duty style.
At her very first Met Ball, Hadid looked simply stunning in red as she walked the carpet in a Diane Von Furstenberg gown with a deep side slit. The dress featured a silk bodice embroidered with lace and appliqué flowers. The look was completed with straps of individually beaded hand-cut lace flowers and a low-cut back of sheer embellished lace, making Gigi’s outfit one of the best on the night.
Hadid worked the Oscars after party red carpet to perfection, wearing a black Atelier Versace dress with cut-out details from the designer’s spring 2015 collection. Hadid showed plenty of skin and her model pins in the floor length dress, which featured a thigh-high slit.
If there’s one lesson we’ve learnt from this Californian beauty, it’s that less is more, and this cute mini dress is no exception. Gigi opted for a white and silver jacquard print dress with silver stilettos, whilst she kept her make-up simple and long, blonde tresses sleek and shiny.
Jumpsuits can be notoriously difficult to pull off if not worn in the right way but Gigi Hadid showed us exactly how it’s done at the CFDA awards, often dubbed the fashion industry’s very own Oscars. The 20-year-old stunned in a gold sequined Ralph Lauren jumpsuit that showcased her enviable runway figure to perfection. She wore metallic rose and silver eye shadows that complimented her fair complexion and had her hair in loose waves to complete the look.
One of Gigi’s sexiest looks to date came at this year’s amfAR 22nd Cinema Against AIDS Gala in Cannes where she revealed some serious cleavage in a white floor length dress. The stunning Tom Ford gown featured a huge cut-out at the front and a thigh-high split which flashed her toned legs. The model kept her hair sleek as she tucked it behind her ears, whilst she rocked a bronzed metallic eye and nude lip gloss with plenty of bronzer for a sun-kissed glow.
Finally, at the David Jones’ spring/summer 2015 fashion launch, Hadid flashed plenty of cleavage and her endless pins in this daring mini dress. The Guess ambassador wore a cute little white dress from designer Marciano, which featured silver detailing that was both alluring and elegant. She finished the look with sleek hair and subtle, natural make-up.
