True Rocks: jewellery with attitude

So what happens when you put a vintage Victorian punk label with a leading British artist? Magic. This time in the form of new jewellery brand, True Rocks. The brain child of renowned music and lifestyle brand, Ibiza Rocks founder, Dawn Hindle and Constant and True’s very own, Emily Brandbury; True Rocks is a collaboration of very creative and highly unique proportions. It’s amazing to think how fast True Rocks has grown and how many trends it has established in its short time, considering Dawn and Emily only started work together last summer after meeting up in Ibiza.

“It was a meeting of the minds. We knew that we were going to work together creatively and decided that we wanted to also collaborate with those who inspire us in contemporary art, fashion and music. By creating a jewellery collection under the banner of True Rocks, this reflects both our personalities – in other words, a jewellery collection with attitude.”

A reflection of both Emily and Dawn’s equal love of music, fashion and art, True Rocks embodies everything rock “n” roll, from razor blade punk necklaces, plectrums guitar pendants and grunge-like safety pin charms. Effortless, cool styles make True Rocks’ pieces so easy to wear, especially when paired with a leather jacket, skinny jeans and killer boots.

Bringing together both ladies’ hard work, experience and history in the fashion industry, True Rocks has already won over famous faces including Idris Alba, Lily Allen and Haim, who wore some of their pieces during their Ibiza Rocks and Glastonbury gigs. It’s easy to see that this is only the beginning for the brand. What’s next? Global fashion domination of course.
