Perfumes are never easy to get right, and we’re sure most of you have noticed that a good quality, reputable perfume is likely to cost you the price of you spleen (we’re looking at you, Chanel!) We’ve compiled a sweet-smelling list of the best celebrity perfumes on the high street that won’t break the bank.

Fantasy by Britney Spears
nd.600
This perfume has been around since 2005, which makes it one of the oldest on this list, however, it is still one of the most popular celebrity perfumes out there. With hints of jasmine and kiwi, this sweet perfume was such a success that Ms Spears went on to create another 14 fragrances after this. Therefore, putting her on the map for not only club classics, but also in the scent world.

Retail price: £15

Onika by Nicki Minaj

nd.25913

Onika is one of four perfumes by Anaconda rapper, Nicki Minaj. This perfume is much how you’d expect it to smell, with a lot of fruity and earthy notes. We find the orange and pear scent surprisingly easy to wear, and while the smell isn’t overbearing it leaves the wearer feeling quite fresh yet sweet.

Retail price: £19.99

RiRi by Rihanna

RiRi is one of 10 in Rihanna’s perfume family, and it is also one of our favourites. There is something about this scent which reminds us of hot weather and sun-kissed skin. There is a multitude of layers to it and the notes are mostly tropical; some people even smell hints of rum in it. With base notes comprising orange, vanilla and passion fruit, it certainly sounds like a fruit salad we wouldn’t mind getting our hands on!

Retail price: £20

Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker

nd.993

Sarah Jessica Parker isn’t necessarily someone you might have thought would crop up on this list. But if anyone reading this ever wants to go wild some time, give this a go. Lovely was SJP’s first fragrance and it has a spicy aroma; the most recognisable notes are lavender and orange, which create a musky scent. It sounds like something straight out of Sex and the City to us.

Retail price: £15

Sweet like Candy by Ariana Grande

ariana2306622

As the name of the perfume suggests, this literally does smell like candy. Ariana’s fragrance is made up of vanilla and berries, so you have a long-lasting sweet scent, which personally makes us a little nostalgic. This is her second perfume, and like the first, it features a pom-pom trinket on the side of the bottle. Not too bad for a former Disney star, right?
