Aside from the 20 pairs of underwear, 18 sundresses and 15 pairs of shoes we’re definitely going to need for a seven-day trip that we mostly spend in swimwear, deciding what to take on your summer holiday is always tough. Let us guide you through what we think are some absolute essentials, genius space savers and all-round trip-bettering products that you should be making space for in your luggage.
Juno rose gold suitcase, £159, Antler

Before packing commences, you’re going to need some excellent luggage to cram it all in to. This gorgeous, rose gold case is cabin friendly and extremely lightweight. The tough exterior will deflect any knocks to keep your belongings safe whilst the 360-degree rotating wheels make it easy to transport from A to B. This case also comes in medium or large and is available in a metallic charcoal grey if you’d prefer something more understated.

Anker Power Core 5000, £15.99, Amazon

This handy little charger is just 10cm long so it’s ideal for popping in your hand bag to keep the necessary gadgets powered up all day long. It comes with a travel pouch and micro USB cable to charge the device which contains 5000 mAh, in simple terms, enough power to charge an iPhone 6s twice!

Multipurpose waterproof pouch, £14.99, Over Board

Keep your belongings free from sand and water with Over Board’s multipurpose, waterproof case. Perfect for your phone, room key, cards and cash, this amazing pouch can be strapped across the body, is 100% waterproof and submersible up to six metres, guaranteed! It also floats when dropped in water so if that happens you can easily retrieve it.

Daydream reversible swimsuit, £22, White Stuff

Save time and space with this adorable, reversible swimsuit from White Stuff. The varying blue designs on each side are complimented by a halter tie with beaded tassel detailing. This suit also boasts a quick drying material and gathers on the sides for added tummy control.

Cactus print travel wallet, £26, Lisa Angel

We’ve all experienced the not so mild panic when you’re strolling through the airport and suddenly can’t locate that all important document! Take the stress out of traveling with this beautiful cactus print wallet by Lisa Angel. It has compartments for your passport, bills, documents, contacts, receipts, personal bits and even a zipped section for loose coins. Genius!
