All the Paris Michelin star restaurants 2019 on a map and full list

Today Michelin unveiled the 2019 French guide. Paris saw the surprising demotion of Pascal Barbot’s L’Astrance (from three to two) as well as Le Taillevent and Carré des Feuillants (both from two to one). 18 establishments gained their first star including Grégory Marchand’s Frenchie, Simone Tondo’s Racines and Yannick Alléno’s brand new sushi place L’Abysse. David Toutain’s eponymous restaurant gained a second star. Though not in the capital, the historic Auberge de l’Ill lost his third star after 52 years, causing unexpected shock.
