After hosting their hit debut collaborative event with Ivan Brem of Nouri, chefs Rafael Cagali and Paulo Airaudo welcome Paco Roncero of two-michelin-star La Terraza del Casino Madrid for a one-off exclusive dinner.

Da Terra was launched at Town Hall Hotel – where Typing Room and Viajante used to be – by the ex-Fat Duck duo to great acclaim in early 2019. The dishes are intelligent, playful and generous: the chefs sought inspiration from their upbringings in Latin America as well as their time working as young chefs in Italy and Spain.

Roncero is one of the top names in avant-garde Spanish cuisine, not just within the country itself but also internationally. His cuisine has come about as a result of a masterful command of advanced cooking techniques, an inquisitive mind, incredible creativity and an endless capacity for innovation. His unique style has put him at the forefront of global culinary evolution.

The chefs will join forces to create a totally original eight-course collaborative menu reflecting their international background. What’s more, throughout the evening they will be present in order to talk through their dishes with guests and answer any possible questions.

If you fancy a thrilling gastronomical adventure, book yourself a spot at the table, priced at £95 per person. An optional wine pairing will be available on the evening for an additional £73.

This event takes place on 10th September 2019. To book a table at Da Terra, 8 Patriot Square London E2 9NF, call 020 7062 2052 or visit their website here.
