This week Belgian singer-songwriter Angèle made her live UK debut. The chanteuse has been making waves all over the world since her inaugural studio album, Brol, hit the charts in 2018, gaining diamond status as it sold millions all over the world and was streamed billions of times. Just off a successful North American tour, the outspoken feminist and LGBTQ+ advocate brought tracks from her chart-topping debut collection plus more from 2021’s Nonante-Cinq, newer material and covers of songs by Britney Spears and Dua Lipa. The Upcoming’s photographer was there to shoot the experience.
