June Gin to debut mango and passion fruit flavour at summer pop-up in Shoreditch

June gin will be holding a summer pop-up at Mama Shelter London’s bar and garden terrace in Shoreditch throughout July and August 2025, offering a range of spritz cocktails, slushies and weekly two-for-one deals. The event, located at 437 Hackney Road, marks the first opportunity for the public to sample June’s new Mango & Passion Fruit gin, as part of an exclusive cocktail menu available only at this venue.

The collaboration between June and Mama Shelter London aims to provide Londoners with a seasonal space for socialising and trying new drinks. The pop-up will feature a terrace decorated in fairy lights and mini fruit trees, creating what organisers describe as an “tropical themed paradise” for summer evenings. Among the drinks on offer are signature cocktails such as the Tropical June, made with June Mango & Passionfruit gin, Aperol, fresh lime, vanilla and passionfruit syrups and egg white, garnished with edible flowers and passionfruit crisps. Another highlight is the Peach Spritz, combining June Peach gin, prosecco and sparkling water. Two slushie options will also be available: Mango & Passionfruit and Watermelon. Visitors to the pop-up can take advantage of a two-for-one offer on all cocktails between 4pm and 7pm on weekdays. The special drinks menu and Mango & Passion Fruit gin are available only at Mama Shelter during the event, with a preview night and launch party for selected guests scheduled for Tuesday 17^th June.

June’s new flavour gin is described by its creators as “bursting with lush tropical mango and tangy passion fruit, balanced by G’Vine’s signature grape spirit smoothness”. Mama Shelter London, which opened in Shoreditch in 2019, prides itself on its eclectic design, garden terrace and social spaces. The venue hosts a variety of events throughout the year and is part of a global hospitality group with locations in cities including Rome, Lisbon, Dubai and Singapore.
