British-Israeli chef Yotam Ottolenghi will return to Ibiza on Saturday 2nd August to host a one-night-only dinner at the Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel. The event, now in its third year, will take place in the estate’s three-hectare organic vegetable garden and will feature a five-course sharing-style menu prepared by Ottolenghi and his team. It’s part of an ongoing collaboration between the chef and the rural hotel, located in the heart of the island, and aims to highlight seasonal, locally sourced produce.

Ottolenghi at Atzaró has become an annual fixture on the region’s summer calendar, drawing both locals and international visitors. The 2025 edition will begin at 8pm and includes a welcome drink, live music, entertainment and a signed copy of Ottolenghi’s latest cookbook, Comfort, alongside the meal. Tickets are priced at €245 per person.

Dinner will be served outdoors, with guests seated along long communal tables set beneath the stars. The menu will feature ingredients harvested directly from the on-site garden, including citrus fruits from the estate’s orange groves, and their own tomatoes, aubergines and courgettes. Ottolenghi’s dishes, known for their Middle Eastern influences and vibrant use of vegetables, will be complemented by other locally sourced ingredients.

“This is our third year putting on Ottolenghi at Atzaró, and it’s become something I look forward to each summer,” said Ottolenghi. “What I love most is how Atzaró gives us complete access to their on-estate organic vegetable garden; we’re literally dining in the midst of it, cooking from everything they’ve grown – aubergines, tomatoes, courgettes and rows of orange groves. For many guests, it’s their first experience of an Ottolenghi feast, and it feels like the most perfect introduction imaginable.”

The evening is expected to attract a mix of food enthusiasts, holidaymakers and local residents, and the host/chef, who rose to fame through his London-based delis and restaurants and a series of bestselling cookbooks, will personally introduce the event. The setting, with its palm trees, shaded walkways, and rustic garden atmosphere, is designed to reflect Ottolenghi’s ethos of community, seasonality and culinary creativity.
