B Bagel takes over at Madison London for rooftop bagel pop-up

From 8^th September until 8^th October, London rooftop restaurant and bar Madison will host a collaboration with B Bagel. The partnership will feature a limited-edition menu of bagel sandwiches served on Madison’s rooftop terrace, located at One New Change, St Paul’s. The month-long initiative aims to combine skyline views and innovative lunch offerings for a temporary culinary experience.

The collaboration includes four specially creations inspired by Madison’s existing menu and style, with individual seafood, meat-based, vegetarian and a plant-based options. The menu will be available daily as part of Madison’s all-day terrace service, which runs from midday to midnight.

The limited-edition items include:

– Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese: Loch Fyne salmon with cream cheese, cucumber, dill and capers
– Lobster & Prawn Bisque: Lobster and prawns with garlic butter, chives, lobster and avocado mayonnaise, baby gem lettuce and pickled shallots – served with a lobster bisque on the side
– Sirloin Stack: Pan-seared sirloin with wild mushrooms, chimichurri, peppercorn mayonnaise, rocket and pickled shallots
– Smoked Tofu: A vegan option featuring smoked tofu, vegan cream cheese, za’atar-spiced feta, rocket and piquillo peppers

Madison prides itself on New York-inspired dining and panoramic views of London’s skyline. The venue regularly hosts live music and DJ sets alongside its food and drink offerings. Meanwhile, with branches across the capital, B Bagel has built a reputation for its handmade, freshly baked bagels, crafted from a house recipe and stone-baked for texture, with adventurous fillings to match. As they join forces, a spokesperson comments: “This rooftop collab is London’s tastiest takeover – guaranteed to spread joy, hole-heartedly.”

The pop-up is open to the public with advance booking recommended.
