Bōkan 37 unveils spring brunch menu with skyline views over Canary Wharf

Bōkan 37, the restaurant situated atop 40 Marsh Wall in Canary Wharf, London, has introduced a new spring brunch offering available every Saturday from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. The initiative – which will ru throughout the spring season – aims to combine seasonal dining with the restaurant’s well-known panoramic views of the city. The brunch menu, curated by Executive Chef Robert Manea, is designed to appeal to guests seeking a leisurely weekend meal in a high-rise setting.

The three-course brunch menu features a range of seasonal dishes. Highlights include Truffle Scrambled Eggs with Wild Mushrooms, Crispy Egg with Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraiche, Shredded Beef Short Rib served with waffle, fried egg and raclette cheese, and Shakshuka with Feta Cheese and Focaccia. For those looking for a more indulgent option, there is also a Wagyu Burger, juicy and satisfying.

Dessert options include Sticky Toffee with Whiskey Caramel Sauce and Chantilly Cream, as well as a Raspberry and Coconut Pancake Cake accompanied by Piña Colada Sorbet. Diners who prefer a savoury finish can opt for a selection of artisan cheeses served with quince marmalade.

The brunch is priced at £45 per person for the three-course menu. Guests can add 90 minutes of bottomless prosecco, white wine, or red wine for an additional £19 per person. The restaurant’s new brunch is suitable for a variety of occasions, from casual catch-ups to special celebrations.

Bōkan 37 is located on the 37th floor of the Novotel hotel at 40 Marsh Wall, presenting sweeping views across London’s skyline. Named after the Old Saxon word for lighthouse and true to its docklands setting, the restaurant has previously received recognition, including two AA rosettes for Culinary Excellence, ‘Best Restaurant or Bar in a Hotel’ at the Restaurant Bar & Design Awards, and ‘Best Interiors’ at the FAB Awards.
