U has released a new batch of images from its upcoming original drama Hit Point, offering a fresh look at the six-part crime thriller ahead of its premiere this August.

The newly released stills spotlight Peter Serafinowicz and William Abadie, who join Nick Blood (The Day of the Jackal) and BAFTA nominee Saffron Hocking (Top Boy) in the series.

Blood and Hocking star as detective partners Leo and Bella, whose latest case pulls them into West London’s criminal underworld after the theft of £10 million in cash by a gang of masked robbers. As the investigation unfolds, the pair must navigate both an increasingly complex case and the growing tension between them.

The new images include Serafinowicz as former police officer Carter, who teams up with Leo during the investigation, while Emily in Paris star Abadie appears as crime boss Pascal Dubois.

Written by BAFTA-winning Misfits creator Howard Overman and directed by Peaky Blinders and The Gentlemen director David Caffrey, Hit Point is produced by Urban Myth Films in association with CANAL+, with STUDIOCANAL handling international distribution.

Hit Point premieres on free streaming service U and U&Dave this August.
