Rita Ora: the new face of Roberto Cavalli
Speculation of Rita Ora being the new face of Italian label Roberto Cavalli became a reality this week as pictures of the recently single pop singer got fashionistas all over the world talking. Rita, who looks hotter than ever in the new campaign, has been snapped for the A/W 14-15 collection, revealing her body in a saucy-style shoot.
After previously modelling for the likes of DKNY and adidas, Rita has taken a step on the glamorous side for this new campaign, which tries to “bring to mind the irresistible appeal of a first date”. Photographer Francesco Carrozzini took the pictures, which convey the seduction of the iconic Marilyn Monroe in a modern day presence. Cavalli chose to portray Rita as a current version of the style icon to give his new work a “pin-up” feel. 
Bold prints are featured throughout the collection, which are scattered with precious jewels to enhance the beautiful colours used. The Roberto Cavalli “it” bag is also featured in the images, amongst Rita’s naked body, making it even more desirable. Featuring studs and chain straps, it is the statement bag of next season.
