Chromat autumn/winter 2016 collection catwalk show for NYFW
The show began with a neon barricade surrounding the stage entrance, changing colors quite often, as the women strolled to the vibrations of the music playing in the background.
Most of the lingerie was endowed with several shades of merlot to compliment shades of coral, as sky and navy blue contrasts were spotted as well.
The adaptive translucent slide-ons were a brilliant finish to the colors and shapes balanced on the knee length dresses. Also, the combat boots during some of the active wear presentations followed a sleek and techno black garment, especially in the beginning scene when all the lights were off and the models’ silhouettes were highlighted by the neon lights.
Other neon appearances trimmed every athletic piece along the arms and legs. Probably the most eye-catching garment though, was a fixture of bright red, dotted lights carefully attached to a plastic covering which seemed to conceal a burgundy two piece set.
There was a large range of concepts pertaining to the structure of the show including a fair myriad of urban explorations as well as soft luminescent ones. The architectural inspired designs were supportive of the three dimensional skirts weaving between other lingerie, sports, and activewear. Overall, this new collection seems to embody a large range of wearers and supporters.
