Tom Clarke celebrates ten years of We’ll Live and Die in These Towns bringing to the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire opening act Joe Dolman and special guest James Walsh of Starsailor. James Walsh has been playing both solo and with his band Starsailor this year, who released their fifth studio album All This Life in 2017 to much acclaim as it became their highest charting record in 12 years.

Fans of Tom’s might remember Joe Dolman from support slots from earlier live dates, but the 20-year-old singer-songwriter from the Midlands has been gaining a lot of attention this year and has now got two independently released EPs under his belt, both taking him into the Top 10 in the UK and US iTunes charts.

Talking about the special guests, Tom Clarke said:  “I’m extremely excited to announce that I’ll be joined by two supremely talented musicians on these dates. Joe Dolman who is opening for us is one of the most talented songwriters I’ve had the privilege of working with, if you haven’t seen him play live yet he’s worth the ticket price alone. I can hardly believe that James Walsh of Starsailor is also joining us. We drove the length of the country on the last tour singing along to Starsailor songs, commenting on how they were one of the most underrated artists of our time, so I’m kind of blown away that James is on the bill – it’s a real honour! Can’t wait for another get together and a great sing song!”

Tom Clarke’s solo tour across the UK earlier this year saw venues packed to the rafters with fans who were still singing long after they left the building. Clarke brought his fantastic collection of songs along with hits from The Enemy’s back catalogue to sold-out crowds, performing them the way they were written – acoustically. This upcoming tour promises to be a great celebration of We’ll Live And Die In These Towns, as well as the whole decade of The Enemy, plus new material that Tom has been working on.

Tickets, priced £18-£19, are still available from Ticketmaster.co.uk.
