“Everyone was pulling on the same rope”: Ken Duken on Drift – Partners in Crime

Drift – Partners in Crime is the new Sky Original series starring Ken Duken as a stalwart police officer, who finds himself in the middle of an international entanglement when a prisoner transport goes awry. Forced to question the loyalties of the people in his life, he receives unexpected support from his estranged brother (played by Fabian Busch).

The Upcoming spoke to the German actor about his involvement behind the scenes, what he calls “family-oriented filmmaking” (spoiler alert: it has nothing to do with content being suitable for children), the brotherly dynamic on the show and how it came about. Duken also shared how the series differed from his other recent productions and how he achieved his varied filmography.

Drift – Partners in Crime is released on Sky on 2nd March 2023.
