Warner Bros unveils new Joker: Folie à Deux poster, starring Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga

Warner Bros Pictures has officially unveiled the new poster for the much-anticipated movie Joker: Folie À Deux, set to premiere in the UK on 4th October 2024, with the tagline, “The World is a Stage”. The film, directed by Todd Phillips, features Joaquin Phoenix reprising his role as the titular character, with Lady Gaga joining the cast as Harley Quinn. 

The sequel to the critically acclaimed and box office hit Joker (2019), for which Phoenix won the Oscar for Best Actor, Joker: Folie À Deux promises to delve deeper into the chaotic world of its protagonist. While details about the plot remain tightly under wraps, the inclusion of Lady Gaga has sparked widespread speculation and excitement about the film’s narrative direction and character dynamics.

As the release date draws nearer, anticipation continues to build for what is shaping up to be one of the most significant cinematic events of 2024, with fans eagerly awaiting the release of the debut trailer on 9th April.
